About

The path that led me to this work.

I’ve always been drawn to solving problems. For 30 years in software engineering and leadership, that meant navigating uncertainty, making difficult decisions under pressure, and helping teams move forward.

But over time, something shifted.

I felt further away from the part of me that wanted to work more deeply with people, not just systems. The stress showed up in my body, my relationships, and my life. I knew something needed to change.

So I stepped back and started asking different questions:

What actually matters to me?
What do I want?
What kind of life do I want to build?

Those weren’t easy questions to sit with. And they weren’t easy decisions.

Most people aren’t stuck because they lack intelligence, ambition, or effort. They get stuck somewhere between uncertainty, conflicting priorities, fear, self-trust, and action. Part of them wants change, and another part isn’t ready to move.

That’s the work I do now.

I help mid-to-late career professionals who are stuck in their work, trying to decide whether to stay or leave, or considering a bigger career change. Together, we figure out what you want, work through what’s getting in the way, and help you make a decision you trust and move forward.

My work often starts with a career decision, but coaching rarely stays neatly inside one box. Work affects relationships, health, identity, confidence, and the rest of your life. We work with whatever matters to the decision and to you.

Either way, we keep it real and we keep it moving.

I still build things. But now the work is more human.

There’s a Greek proverb:
“A society grows great when people plant trees whose shade they may never sit in.”

This is mine.
